SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Malaysia Orders
Malaysia orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a
signature, Personal details or photographing upon receipt based on the policy
of dispatch companies. Please provide an address where someone will be
available between 9am – 6pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise
collection from your nearest courier office will be necessary. Business
addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for your order.
International Orders
International
orders will be dispatch via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 - 30 days for
international Airmail delivery (Depend on dispatch companies).
Please note: that all prices, shipping and handling charges do not
include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged when
shipped overseas or any places where taxes applicable. These charges need to be
paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom offices for further
details.

4.Please note that it might be possible for courier service company unable to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us and delivery to an alternative delivery address. Cancellation of the order was not allow.

7.We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by UNINIQ..
8.We aim to deliver within the soonest time frame(7 - 14 Days) but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
